I picked one up yesterday and it longer that the stock one and but not as wide? :uglystupid2:

If anyone on here is using a Mobil 1 oil filter whats the part number....

i thought it was M110. If it is skinnier than stock, you're fine. The stock filter used to be longer until they changed the design. People use the M-110 on the DSM too.

Its M1-110 Just went to Kragen.com to make sure. Now I need a stock filter wrench anyone wanna let me barrow one???

nah.....u got a wrench for me :)....jk...I went to the dealer and got an oem oil flter. So im gonna take that shit to kragen and search the wrench.

just use huge pliers and twist it off. The just hand tighten that bitch back on.,

i use the k&n oil filter...like $8 bucks @ autozone...

Theres actually two different Mobil 1 filters you can use. One is small like the oem and the other is larger like the one you are describing. I dont recall the part numbers because we use the OEM filter on all the Evo's.
