You have to have a certain number of posts before you can offer anything up for sale. Any attempt around that will cause you to be banned. Check the newbie FAQs in the forum.

How? By reading the policies/rules. I heard some crazy people thought it would serve well if we had policies/rules posted in each respective forum. I guess theyre crazy after all.
