What type of maintenance can I give to my car if I drive it fast once is on gear? (I normally do not shift at high rpm)

so you don't shift at high rpm's? do you drive around at 6k all day or just bounce around off the rev limiter? how about an oil change?

To be more specific, once I’m in 5th gear I step on it for few seconds (sometimes)!!!!
