No he ran it over at 2 mph and he jumped out and rolled out of the way and his his car spontaneously blew up, he broke some random guys neck and flew off in a Harrier and ran into one of the twin towers right after throwing the liquid terminator out of the cockpit.

I believe there're other intersection with similar center but didn't get that kind of issue too often. Maybe make the devider lower so the car can get by in the similar situation so won't hold up traffic. But it's funny LOL.
