Help looking for headlight guy

Does anyone around the I.E. know how too black out the headlights jdm style ?

If so how much and shoot me some info thanks .

I did mine, I live in south LA County... but I'm in temecula almost every weekend

i can help u out. isnt that hard. i bake mines in the oven at 250 for about 20-30 min
