Room For Rent in North Fontana

Hey guys, just thought I'd throw this out there...

I have a 3 bedroom home in North Fontana, close to the 210 and 15 fwy and shopping. I'm looking for someone to rent a room in my house with full house priveliges, wireless internet, big screen tv, home gym, bbq, all for the low low price of $500/month.

No drugs, alcohol is ok but its not a bar, must be respectful of my home and the privacy of my other roommate. Dogs are ok it gets along with mine.

Not really going to post pics of my house for my own safety reasons...but i can assure you...the house is 3 years old, in a golf course community, with shopping within walking distance. Others on here can vouch for how nice the place is. Or pm me and we can schedule an appointment for you to come see it.

Sorry, no garage space for your evo...its totally full (STi, trailer for STi, and my Buell) But driveway spot is available for no extra charge!

For the record, if garage space is a must...i can bump up the rent to $600 and I'll store the trailer somewhere else.

I don't have a roommate now...so I can hang without one. But I've been burned before and without telling the details...if you are asking if there will be a lease agreement, the answer would be yes for a specified period of time that can be extended on mutual agreement. I will do a lease agreement for a minimum of 6 month period. I would hate to miss out on a person who wants it for long term for someone who only needs it until they find something better.
