its not a mod, the actual game is hacked that way. you install it, and both the terrans and protoss are changed from the get go. Terrans are the Federation and Protoss are the Zeon.

these are a brief rundown of the characters:

Marine = GM Custom
Firebat = Gun Cannon
Ghost = Gundam GP02A Physallis
Medic = Medd Worker
Siege Tank = Missile Buggy
Goliath = RX93 NuGundam
Vulture = Core Booster/Fighter
Valkyrie = Full Armor ZZ Gundam
Wraith = Salamis Kai Warship
Science Vessel = Gundam GP03 Dendrobium
Battlecruiser = Pegasus White Base
Dropship = Medea Transport Vessel


Zealot = Zaku II
Dark Archon = Sazabi
Protoss Probe = Eyezack
Reaver = Zammel
Carrier = Alpha Aziel
Shuttle = forgot the name, came out as a transport in Gundam 0083

I love SC!
Im not good anymore though :'( not that i was ever good; only decent.
Every time i play, everyone builds so dam fast; that and they have like twice the size base compared to mine.
But i am anxiously waiting on SC2!!!
