View Full Version : HELP!!! Need XBOX 360 Elite adapter!

OK, so I bought this XBOX 360 Elite from a friend the other day for cheap because he was moving and didn't want to take a bunch of stuff with him. Anyway I realized that I'm missing the optical/RCA adapter that plugs into the back of the unit. I need this so I can connect with an optical cable to my receiver because I don't not have HDMI inputs on my receiver. Does anyone have one they're not using and would sell me? Or know where I can get just the adapter? All I have found online is the whole HDMI kit that comes with the adapter, but it's freaking $50!

I'm also missing the other cable that has all the component cables on it at the bottom left of the pic. Would like to get that to.

that dongle for the optical only came with the elite. they dont even ship with the halo edition or the new hdmi 360s. it sucks because it is needed to run both the hdmi and optical

Yea....the one I have is an elite. My friend says it was in the box and he just threw it all away. Headset to!

yeah i know i read that. but i was just sayin that because not that many people have elites. and a lot of the ones that do use their surround sound so there wont be that many lying around not being used. and you should slap your friend for throwing it away lol

Good I have one you can use if he ever needs it back. All I used was the HD cables and the headset ... everything is in the box. I dont throw away shit.///

If you ever want to sell it I'll take it off your hands if you're not gonna use it. I'm just borrowing the one from my friend. Thanks for looking out bro.
