3 inch straight pipe with HKS hi power exhaust??

i was thinking about running a 3 inch straight pipe with my HKS hi power exhaust... im probably going to get the pipe from some random muffler shop..

any insights on pro and cons???

just sell the hi power and get a real 3 inch exhaust that is fairly cheap, like a Megan exhaust

can't sell the exhaust, it was a gift from my mom for my birthday lol
