Just a headup for those using EvoScan. It was released yesterday with the new 2.0 version. There're 2 editions, the evoscan 2.0 is free for registered EvoScan user but the MapTracer Edition is a $10 upgrade. More information can be found at http://www.evoscan.org.

Happy Thanksgiving data logging.

The Map Tracer is woth the extra $10. I got it yesterday and it will greatly cut down on your tuning time by marking all the cells for you.

Yeah it also logs the EGT, Boost and Wideband data directly from the Zeitronix ZT2 digital feed now. Makes things easier since everything is all in one application instead of having to run the Zeitronix logger separately for the boost and EGT.

this new version of evoscan seem to be working pretty good (at least for me) so far. There're more items logged per second now. I'm getting 8-9 rows log rows per second which I was unable to get in previous versions.

The Map Tracer is also looking good. It helps tracing to the log items to pay attention/modify much quicker. However, I'm still using Excel to confirm with the MapTracer before attemp to modify.

There're also estimated horsepower and torque logging as well. That is my first impression after running around with the car this morning. It's worth the upgrade. Enjoy.

Can someone tell me if you can compile more than one log in the maptracer function? When I use Logworks I can compile multiple logs in a single maptracer chart. Is this possible with ver 2.0? Or can ver 2.0 only map trace one log at a time?

One log at a time....

One log at a time....

Darn...One log at a time is almost pointless. For averages to work you will need to compile at least 4 logs into the map tracer chart. Oh well...I will stick to my ver 0.99
