909/951 I.E. super meet! (suggestions)

it was suggested in one of the I.E. threads. im bord so i decided to post up! lol... lets test the waters and see who all is interested...

post up suggestions on:

1. location
2. time frameÂ* ex: bimonthly, once a yr., twice a yr.. ect...

and what ever else u can think of lol.. also this is just a thought but maybe we can have it in different citys in the I.E. so everyone can show off there city....

post up dont be shy... again this is just a suggestion thread, when every one posts up and things get set in stone than we can start a official thread

P.S. EVO'S ONLY! yes i feel that all caps is neccessary... it seems that when word about a meet gets spread on other forums, punk ass ricers come out and ruin a good time... not this meet!

guys the meets dont have to be at night it can be during the day, preferably on saturday or sunday.. so far moval and chino hills has spoke up... what about temecula, riverside, ontario, redlands.. come on guys the soon we post up suggestions the sooner we get the meet going!

again i'll bring up a k1 meet.. no1 seemed interested b4 :oops:.. but what about k1 ontario or another karting place? can be held during the day and will give us something to have fun and do!

or, what about a sporting event? say a football, basketball, baseball game @ a park? hell i dont know, all im sayn is that this doesnt have to be ur ordinary meet! come on guys lets make the I.E. stand out from the other regions!

Perris Hill park in San Bernardino has a huge parking lot by the ball park,But I don't know if the area is all that great still :-\ Plus I don't know about the :police: situation.

i go to the chino hills meet...actually, i helped start it....a k1 meet on a sat or sun would be so sick...or there's also a junior high school's football field in diamond bar that is open to the public on the weekends...evos + football = hell yea!!...

Have you guys been to Kart Factory in brea? Its gas operated and seems better than K1. Ive been to both. K1= more grip, Kart factory = more drift. Its near brea canyon road so TECHNICALLY its like 3 min away from the 909 in diamond bar. haha

Back in 2004, the 909 had a meet/drive that started in Palm Springs and let out in Temecula.
Very fun, lots of good road, places to stop for food and photo ops.

I forget the highway we took, but there's only one....

i just remembered.....there's a sick spot in Ventura beach... you take the 210 to the 5 to the 126 to the 101...its a nice drive down the 126...hardly any :police: :police: i know a sick spot at the beach with plenty of parking and pits for a bbq... i'll try to post some pics...

I'm from the Chino Hills meet....and we're planning for this Saturday 12/22...to do a little run in the canyons, then some lunch at a place called tequila sunrise in chino....the 909'ers and 951'ers are more than welcome to join us....we still havent decided on a place...but it will most likely be Angeles Crest...i'll keep you guys updated/posted as to the final decision if any of you guys are interested?? we're planning on having on about 8-10 evos with us...the more the better/funner....

it is to an extent but only becuz someone told people on the honda forums, they come and do stupid stuff with there slow ass cars, but the original cars that started this meet r quite fast, between the evos and srt4's that showed up initially.....now the ricers are gettin wind of it..... but even if it is riced out , you can still womp on most cars there lol......
