he was cool when i met him through my girlfriend and her co-workers. story was he needed to use rims for 3-4 weeks until his ce28's came in but this was in July. when the rims came in or didn't come in he wanted to buy my rims which i gave him a price of 700 which was a fair price for excellent condition rims and tires w/7k on them. it's been an on going situation where i contact him and ask and he says next weekend he'll have money. I asked friends that know him and he avoids them now. Not sure as far as authorities wise to contact about the situation
