Slow Loading

I visit this site everyday.. Love it!!!

but it is by far the slowest loading website I use. Each page take from 12-17 seconds to load.. I've got a really fast cable connection.

Any ideas on how I can get the site to run faster?

@home on my Vista machine, (pirated low-signal) DSL, it loads instantly...

@work on WindowsNT, IE7, DSL connection... same as the OP has... what gives?

I guess they need more speed and space to accommodate everyone that comes on here...

its IE. Use firefox for any non-vista setup and it loads just fine. Mostly its the ad's slowing things down. I recommend using as many ad blocker things as possible.

Baller...or is your home and work the same place? lol, jp. Yea, the firefox and IE comparison is a big difference. SCE just has way too many things taking resources up.

Yes it does on I.E. Firefox is more like FP green on a built block. :)
