^heh... thanks nizzzzzz....

ive found that on 91, my car doesnt like more than 1° at peak boost, and doesnt want anything to do with more than 11° at 7k+ rpm.

its funny as hell tho, even with 93-94 octane, my car still cant run the stock timing map. it knocks like crazy on that map.

What kind of boost are you running?

I thought i remember the owners manual stating our cars are recommended to run 93 octane, but 91 octane is the lowest they recommend. I can't confirm since i don't have the owners manual handy.

^thanks bryan, thats why im waitin gfor you to come down here and help me out O0

The Load Calc is above 200 the whole time :)...the 2byte is much more accurate, tho...lol. Im still running stock boost, and the stock cat. Peak boost is 1.36bar settles at 1.2, tapers to 1.1 or .9

stock BCS. This is just a better than stock tune.

^lol... yea, i kno. I dont want to really mess with the boost, because if i richen up to 11:1 its about 86% IDC at 7K...

that means if i touch the boost, i have to upgrade one of my fuel items...

ITs funny tho, the WGDC is maxed as soon as i hit the throttle. The only time it hits 95% is right at peak.

Also, load has quite a bit to do with the inj. pulse width. Im running pretty lean, so it lowers the loads a bit...

Worry about the IDCs when you hit 110-115%. That is when you will notice that you can no longer richen the AFR by redline. On my current set-up (TBE w/tp and drop-in and ECU boost) I hit 100% IDC by redline and I still can richen my AFRs. I think that 100% IDC on Evoscan is actually 90% in reality. If I was really hitting 100%, then I should not be able to richen my AFR up top. On Evos that I have tuned, I am not able to richen the AFR once I hit 110-115% IDC on Evoscan.

I know CA doesn't have 93 octane.... where do you guys get yours?

Just curious.... because if I can get my hands on 93 octane there in CA, it would make my life so much easier.

since I cannot quote Naji... Dont the injectors go static at around 95% which causes the AFR to be erratic... Im hitting 105-106% IDC by 7500. Time for some RC's...

figures seem about right for stock injectors.

Ok.... :( This suck. LOL. My car is tuned on 93 octane. CA need to get with having 93 octane at pumps. It sure as hell will make things so much easier on people like myself. I'm gonna lose power.... *snifflez*

I called the VP station in Ontario. They said they were going to have E85 at the pump within the next 4 months. Can't wait!

You should be careful while selecting for your car. Its not so easy process.
