How to turn off the damn e-mail notifications

I've searched and I've only found that you can set it up for first replies, or have it turned on whenever you reply to a post, but I need it turned off completely. My inbox is totally clogged with these "Notifications". Please help :'(

Notifications and Email > Uncheck Turn notification on when you post or reply to a topic.

Thanks for the info, but unfortunately I have it that way, and I still get the notifications
