I don't think hip-hop is dead at all... if anything hip-hop has now become underground.... about 98% of the stuff you hear on the radio is not hip-hop. Hip-hop isn't just music, it's a cultural movement. Tagging, bombing, peacing whatever you choose to call it is a part of that movement. B-boying and rapping is also part of that movement. If anything true hip-hop rapping is underground now. Mainstream rap is either creating a new dance, talking about chicks or talking about money. Not to much story telling anymore. I've always been a hip-hop kid and I can't stand listening to the radio for more than an hour. Roots Reggae is pretty much what I bump the most now a days

Nas fell off a bit, but I really like the song "hero" so had to get it just for that, and Hes got 3 decent songs.
And the G. Unit is nice. Quite a few bangers on this album. Almost every song has me wanting to turn up the radio! I didnt even know there was an album out... lol Just picked it up w/ the Nas. Im more into beats/than lyrics. Lyrics are tight, but w/out a phat beat, ... Pointless!
