may i suggest, you check out RRE's infamous "stealth" exhaust...

there shouldn't be much power diff and its proven to avoid getting "modified exhaust" :police:tickets...
some people will vouch for it... I'm getting one for my X, you might wanna wait for the results on my car before you get one... O0

hks axle back would b a waste of money...
have you looked into the greddy ti-c? Just installed one on a friends X n it sounds really good.. its cheaper than the hks but it all depends on your tastes.. Gl on choosing the right pipe..

DUDE, get the single tip AMS Turbo back, thats a sick sounding exhaust if you dont care about the popo. single tip or dual tip wont make a fricken difference. and FYI the springs will make it handle worse.. those shocks werent meant to handle in the lower compressed range.. just a little advice...

I would go with the AMS singletip personally.

If you want springs, I R&D Tanabe's springs, I have them sitting in my garage on my stock struts (because I have Coilovers on), PM me if you want to take them off my hands.
