it's meant for a stockish setup...your mod list is stage 1+

it cant handle your power levels. i have the same clutch and my car is basically stock.

yea from what I've read the Exedy stage 1 is almost like a stocker replacement. Its not rated really high to hold to much torque. 339 max tq to be exact and lookin at your mods your pretty close...

is complete diff, when ur talking of act u can go with heavy duty pressure plate and a street disc and that is like a stage 3 from exedy, if u go above that ur talking about a twin plate street of heavy duty, or the carbons

shit cash i cant wait to have my car ready with the 2.2, complete port, polish and valve angles, and of course my twin plate. After 800 miles the first launch may be @ 6 K or 6500, i wanna see my new RT-615 with my new ADVAN RGII, FTW, all the shits on my car r going 2 be new.

You will be fine with a HD ACT pressure plate, with a street disc thats good up to like 400 WHP.

The head will be done by mid of the next week and im still waiting for the stroker, probably another 2 or 3 weeks for receiving it, after that is going 2 be like 3 weeks for the block be ready from machine shop. i had my clutch changed at 30k before my tune and with my tune i have 58k on my ix and my stg 1 is holding up fine and with about 15 runs down the 1/4 mile.. and mine still grabs awsome

Yeah exedy gave me the same problem, 3500 miles on that stage 1 clutch... and now it's in the shop getting replaced with act.
Should have known not to get exedy in the first place.Â* :-( oh well, we all learn from our mistakes.Â* 8)
