So back in May a bus rubbed on the driver side of the EVO as he was making a left turn. The rear side panel got pushed in slightly, the bumper took must of the hit and the rear tail light got all scratched up. Portion of my rim got scrapped, but nothing new since ALL of my rims are all fucked up. Debating if I should repair the car or not? I have a bumper I will be installing and will be picking up some EVO8 tails to replace my EVO9's. the car has the usual dings and scratches on it. Rolling with 2 kids which are not cheap. Should i repair the entire hit or just the bumper and tail light. Call it a day and keep some pocket change? Love the EVO, it is no longer a priority for me. Any suggestions???

just get it primered with a clear coat, and fix the bumper and tailight. if the tails are just scratched i wouldnt bother, just the bumper.

Just wondering, how much did the bus company pay you?

I will be recieving about $1,300.00 from them and got quoted about $1,450.00 from the body shop.

Well one of the main differences on the city's estimate is more of the labor cost. Cosmetically the car is not that great, but motor wise it is well maintained.
