you're dumb, read the thread. I didn't admit to doing anything. i'm not wondering how i'm getting treated nor do I care. all I want to know is how to fight the ticket. I didnt get treated unfairly, the whole process was fine. the cop did somehting illegal and i mentioned that part because thats going to help me fight the ticket

thats just ridiculous, i have 6 witnesses, and the cops aren't going to lie on what they said. they blatantly didn't know my speed. and I don't know it either. what I said was I was probably going 40, don't really know. the cops didn't have a way to know how fast I was going , they just guessed, which is why it will most likely be thrown out.

I agree with the OP. I was browsing the other thread and the guy that received the ticket admitted he was speeding in a 25mph zone. Man up, you broke the law, so pay for it. Also he told the officer that his Evo is his mom's car because the car is registered to her. If I was the cop, I would have gave you an ever harder time just for saying that. Technically it is your mom's car because it's registered under her name. But who's going to believe a mom driving an evo with qtp cutout??
