my dealings with him are done, i didn't get burnt bad but more annoyed at what he did. however, i'm trying to assist the evom members and anyone else that's not local. Whenever evom can get their list together on what is owed, I will drive down to his house and work and get some answers. That shit is plain wrong, especially since he's a local member of our boards. Must clean house.

hahaha okie, i'm still pissed about it but anyways heres my story.

9.7.08 D7 posts up his for sale items on his car.

The parts I'm interested in were
AMS interocoler $500
CF mirror cover $70
CF AC cover $70
CF side cover $70
Total cost to me $710 with me going to pick up his stuff (I live in Sac, he's in east bay)

Call him up on 9.7.08 hey dude i got cash in hand to buy your stuff, D7 tells me oh sorry its not off the car yet (wtf if your shit is not ready to be sold then dont post) so whatever okay make new arrangements to give him time.

Then we struck up a deal cause he was trying to get a suspension.Â* the deal then became

me give him $350 cash plus my barely used GSR Suspension for

His intercooler and the 3 CF parts.Â*

My opinion it's a fair trade, if you run the numbers, i'm basically giving him a full suspension for about $360.

We make arrangments that i go pick up his parts from his work in concord on 9.12.08 Friday by 8am because he told me he'll get the intercooler off his car on 9.8.08.Â* Fine with me, no big deal.Â* On thursday 9.11.08 D7 texts me that the intercooler is not off the car and the best he can do is Friday afternoon for me to go pick it up or go to EIP in San Jose at 8am to pick up the intercooler and he was having trouble taking the CF parts off his car.

At this point i said fuck it, i gave him enough time to deal with whatever he wants and get the bloody parts of his car, so i said sorry not going to deal with this anymore (again i think that's more than fair since his part of the bargain was not held up) and I have other appointments to attend to that i cannot change my schedule for him when it was planned out 1 week in advance already.

D7 then gives me a guilt trip about now he's screwed cause he was going to use my suspension on his car cause he sold his BC coils to someone else and he has to have my suspension.

Fine, then we worked out a deal where he'll purchase my suspension for $400 and it will be at WORKS for him to pick up.Â* Again i get another guilt trip about how he gave me a hella good deal previously with the intercooler and cf stuff and i should show the same courtesy to him, wtf $400 for an almost brand new suspension is not good enough?Â* So I hook him up and sell it to him for $350, told him to send me a money order for that and pick the suspension up from WORKS in which he agrees to, this deal was made on 9.11.08.Â*

9.12.08 I drop off my suspension at WORKS for him to pick it up.Â*

9.12.08 to 9.19.08 no fucking check.Â* PM him on 9.19.08 to see whats the dealio, if he hasn't sent the check in the mail then he can give it to me at the meet.

the morning of the meet i get a PM from him, "Yo i have your suspension, i'll give it back to you at the meet"

WHAT the FUCK, D7 picked up my suspension, didn't pay me and a week later decide "boy i don't want this now, i'm going to return it".Â*

Received my suspension back on 9.21.08 at the Capitol Mitsu meet.Â*

I am flabbergasted at this point, how do you try to help someone, have them take your parts and not pay you and then they return the parts later (after taking the parts which in my opinion if he had no intention of paying me is theft).Â* That's plain fucking wrong.Â*

I haven't said anything yet cause i've been feeling sorry for him, but I'm still pretty pissed, for $350 i didnt really care, but the way that he went about it was fucked up and deceiving and most of all very, very selfish.

For the record that the $350 didn't mean shit to me, i gave the suspension to WORKS for free.
