Gentlemen..........Just bought a pair of shoes for my dedicated EVO days / Track Days :D.........Wasnt getting a good feel w/ my running shoes (Too much sole).........For those that have been involved in racing or tracking you'll understand........Did some searching & found that the Piloti Prototipo's are a good overall choice for spirited driving (Heel & toe sole)......Best Regards to all

Puma Speedcats, Adidas Superstar, and maybe Sparco Pitlane (only if I could fit mine) would all be perfect options.

Thanks Guys..........Im pleasantly surprised you guys are Ok w/ the driving shoe thing O0........The EVO pedals are a bit tight & the smaller shoe & feel of the Piloti's are great.........I promise I wont be wearing them to the mall

I am using the Piloti Prototipo and they are fantastic shoes. I tried the Puma Speedcat and Driftcat but they were too narrow. The Piloti was just right for me.

I love both pairs of my Piloti's! Great shoes for driving and wearing everyday!

My favorites for racing are my Puma Ferrari Cats.....although not the greatest for wearing all day long!

I work for Piloti.. im going to fwd: this little thread with all the great coments to the pres.Â* funny thing is his daily driver is a stock AS evo 8

I get paid overtime to go to raceweekends at ALMS/motoGP, Monterey historics, etc on an already full expense account paid weekend.Â* I got super lucky andÂ* got a highschool internship there when i first started working while at westlake high when we were still alot smaller.Â* Things are getting super crazy now...

anyways, cool stuff.. enjoy your black / race yellow piloti prototipo's!!

i already asked about it..

the answer was no because of all the pricing issues with dealers that would be sure to follow..

I rock the Puma Futurecat's when I'm feeling up for a good drive...

There's a Puma store at the Block at Orange with some good deals and different styles of driving shoes.

Ive been wearing something similar.....Mainly Nike running shoes but they have too much sole ;).........The whole idea behind driving shoes is to keep the sole very thin so you get good pedal feedback IMO..........Best Regards to all of you.
