Wondering from experience what y'all believe (or know) to be the most quiet exhaust out there? Some of the candidates are:

- HKS Hi-Power
- GReddy Ti-C
- Fujitsubo RM01A
- Tanabe Ultra Medallion
- RSR Ex-Mag

As far as I've heard, both the Fujitsubo and RSR seem pretty quiet. I'm not concerned about the "stealth" look... rather, power gains with quietness at partial throttle.

Thoughts?

I would say the quietest out of that list would be between the HKS and the Tanabe

I've noticed Fujitsubo to be very close to stock volume/sound.

i have RSR ex-mag i got full bold ons and 272 cams and my car is very loud

Fuji RM01 is by far the quietest of that group...

The Tanabe Touring catback is also really quiet. Slightly louder than stock. RM01A is also really quiet because it has two resonators like stock catback.

The quietest exhaust I've ever heard on an 8 or 9 is the RRE Stealth. I had it on my 9, and it was really no louder than stock. When you got on it, you could hear a really good exhaust note, but outside the car, it sounded stock. Kinda hard to explain. Maybe listen to one on someone's car.

Out of all those would be the Fujitsubo. I had my car beside a car with the Fujitsubo before and the RRE Stealth was quieter.

i would say get a rre stealth.! if not the Fujitsubo is pretty quiet also.

rre stealth or RMR catback. rre stealth is quieter imo, but RMR is also quiet at low rpms, but sings out a little at wot

The stealth isn't as quiet as the Fujitsubo.. both the RM01A and the Legalis are very quiet exhausts.

^ i run the Fujitsubo Legalis R (had the big ricer tip cut off and welded a smaller tip).....keeps me out of touble from the pigs O0
