Need Help!

ok I need some help trying to remove that black rubber or plastic piece of weather striping or whatever its called thats like 2inches above the door handle and below the side mirrors its goes horizontal across the door right below the window?anyone know how to take that off?

one side of it is attached the the door panel and the other is attached to the door...

You might have to remove the Triangle corner of the door so see if any extra stripping is tucked underneath there

the previous owner of my car bended it and it looks disgusting..minor imperfection but still i hate it
