"Session verification failed" error keeps happening?

I keep getting this error:

Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again.

I get this ALL THE FLIPPING TIME....always have to log out and back in...

Also....

I get this one too....every time i try to post a reply....even if it took me a few seconds to post it.....
