whit just a k&n filter and a tune it made that much??? damn im excited to get a X even more now im planning to only do intake, exhaust and tune and leave it at that. if i could get 350wheel i'll be happy

They are taking mods/tuning quite well, but remember that power to power v a IX is not quite equivalent to straight speed due to the increase in weight.Â* You will need that extra power to stay even.Â*

That isn't keeping me from swapping though :roll:

yea it weighs a bit more stock vs stock. Ive heard 300 ive heard 100
my point is if its a drag race, its prolly gonna be close, if its on a road course
and both cars are modded the same, The 8/9 will be hard pressed to keep up

Being a current owner of both a X and a IX... I have to say that the X might not be equivalent in straight line performance but... let me tell you.. the X by far out handles the IX... stock for stock.

With those upgrades, there is a good chance of reaching it. Although, I would suggest a hiflow cat w/ your exhaust setup.
