Hello guys,

Ok here is the deal, I need some help to choose new clutch.
I am daily driver, I don’t launch, I don’t abuse my clutch.
I just drive hard sometimes when someone pisses me off.
I am looking for a clutch that has the smoothness close to stock and will hold my 320whp/321lbft (DynoDynamics) and last for a good time.
Any recommendations ?

Thanks guys ! O0

ACT or RRE no brand name. IF you want something that last long and nice pedal feel than get Exedy Twinplate but it's expensive.

Saw on EVOM that MAPerformance has a great deal going with CCI (Competition Clutch Inc) (http://forums.evolutionm.net/evo-vendor-group-buy-specials-classifieds/392211-competition-clutch-stage-4-group-buy-just-355-50-shipped-quantities-limited.html)..Â*

TQ ratings:

Stage 2: 330-375
Stage 4: 400-430

HP:

Stage 2: 300hp
Stage 4: 400-450hp

ACT. If you can find Dirk, VP at ACT, he can help you with the best model for your set up.

Exedy twin plate warped badly on me.

RPS had too many issues for street use.

ACT with the street disk will hold enough power for you and be similar to stock

yes I would get the HD pressure plate, the pedal pressure is not much stiffer than stock honestly.... engagement is smooth. I have installed probably 15 of these and its one of my favorite for daily driver besides a stock clutch. Make sure you have your flywheel re-surafaced or purchase a new one, and break it in correctly it will last you a long time.

the clutch pedal feel with the XTSS is stiffer than stock.I went ahead with the HDSS since the most WHP my car will see is 360. All i hate with my clutch is the 2nd gear lockout >:(

I have the ACT Heavy Duty with the Street Disc. I think It's perfect for daily drving and occasionally tracking. I would say it's about 50% stiffer then OEM, but that's just my thought.
