How often should this be changed?( I don't have the owners manual) I just had a 45k service done but they didn't charge me for any ACD fluid so I don't think it was done.

10-15k,or after every track day.

well if you track your Evo then you would want to change them earlier then the service manual says. If not then about ever 30,000 I believe is what it says in the manual

Who changes their ACD fluid every 15K miles?? The fluid doesn't take that much abuse...

That's what I'm thinking. And no where in the service manual does it say to change the ACD fluid. I heard you only bleed it everytime you change your clutch.

wait im not sure if he ment the LSD since some people dont know the differance. Thats what I thought he was talking about, unless he's seriosly talking about the red ACD fuide then I dont think he has to worry about it

Yea, I would understand if he meant transmission, transfer case, and rear differential fluid.Â* Then it's definitely around every 15k or 30k (depending on how you drive it).

lol naw man, I was just getting confused. I thought I knew all about the maintenance intervals untill I came into this thread. No hostility here. Just wanted to clarify things.

No, I do mean the ACD (red fluid). The one that is in the engine bay near the driver headlight.
