$70K USD...

Are they cool? Is that a good value? Wouldnt a Skyline be a better value for that kind of cheese?

I agree with Mike. The major upgrades are a bigger turbo and exterior obviously. I don't know how much it is to mod a U.S. Evo X to 405BHP, but I'm sure it costs less to mod a X to 405WHP than it is to spend on the FQ. Beyond that idea, the GTR is just so much more advanced, I say the bigger brother to the Evo in terms of everything. lol 70k on the GTR. The evo and gtr aren't photogenic, but in real life it's just so much more.

Just get that rear bumper and exhaust and do the rest yourself.

like add an FP red and tune with a better suspension and some nice TE37 wide wheels.. you should be set n save plenty of money...
the FQ400 is just over price..

In Britain car values and money values are all different than here in the US. You will see Regular Evo X's go for £35k and the GTR out there costs about £20k more than the FQ-400.

definitely looks awesome but that 70k+ price tag is ridiculous. an FP Red, Cams, TE37's and aero kit will give you way more than that FQ can.

the last FQ-400 Evo 8 only does like 7-10 mpg and it stalled all the time according to Top Gear if I remembered correctly. They only offer in UK from Uk Mitsu. I don't think we'll take it anytime soon. North America Mitsu is still small. The Canadian got their mitsu not too long ago.

Sure!....except for the fact that you can change the brakes on your Evo for a couple bills and it's something like $6,500 to replace the brakes on the new R35. $800 for a transmission fluid change. Not to mention the cost of replacing a clutch that's incased within the transmission body. That is truely a rich man's car. Even if you wait around for the prices to drop in a few years can the average joe afford to maintain it? It's like Lambo maintenance costs. Give me a 2008 C6 Z06 that I can wrench on in my garage and maintain for a fraction of the costs.
