Hey guys. I'd like for someone to shine the light on me with this problem. Friend has a Evo X n wants to know answers to these probs:
- What would be the best size tire for each size
- Would there be rubbing on either one?
- Performance wise, which one would be better suited for performance.
- Difference of ride quality
- Modification ? (spacers, fender rolling)
Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanx in advance~

I got a set of 18x10.5+12 on my evo X... my rear fenders are shaved, and have about -3 degree camber.Â* i'm also running 275-35-18.Â* I still have some slight rubbing.
My friend is running 18x9.5+22 using 255-35-18 tires... no rubbing or fender rolling.

we have several Different styles of rim on evoX's here @ the shop
Volk TE37 18x10.5 +22 No rub with a 265/35 18Â* Slight fender roll in rear
Advan RGII 18x 10Â* +25Â* 285/30/18
Needed a rear RollÂ* no real rubbing that i have noticed ( could use a 5mm spacer in front for coilover clearance
Enkei Nt03+MÂ* 18x9.5 +15Â* 255/35/18 No rubbing anywhere (car has rear roll) could easily fit a 275
If i were you i'd go 18x9.5 or 10 +20 to 25 with a 275/30/18 and a rear fender roll ( any good body shop can do it well)
