well mxp has an extra bung for a wideband.. also u dont have to worry about shipping since a few vendors around here stock them.. but theres other dp options..

they are pretty much all the same.. i would go by price and fitment..

One of the Evo Xs that I tuned had the MXP TBE and I liked it a lot. The noise is all on the outside. On the inside it is fairly quiet. I would get the whole TBE If I had a X.

I don't have a X but a MXP DP for the IX and the flanges on it are really beefy.

If you arent fully at the end of the road modded get the MXP. I have it on my X and it made a huge difference. It feels musch less restrictive. RRE stox them and I have word on the street the the MXP guys have a o2 on the way. The ETS is nice but it requires a lift at the least to do it and after looking at the location of the o2 with the DP off its gonna get done with my turbo upgrade. Get the MXP over the Ichiba cause it is better designed and carries a 2nd bung (plug provided) and both ends have heavy flanges where as the ichiba has that stupid rolled eld flange (CRAP)

When you get to the point where you're heavily modified, the extra bung will come in handy.

Heres my opinion to the OP

If its a self install

MXP
Ichiba

If a shops doing it
ETS

If you are doing it yourself and want a better constructed product
MXP

Good choice... you doing it yourself?

Heres what you need... at least 18 inches of 3/8" extensions. Its a 14mm (I THINK) and you have to go over the driveshaft to reach the drivers side bolt. You need to have the car MAXED out on a GOOD Pair of Jacks and you need ANTI-SEIZE. No antiseize = stripped bolts cause you have to go at them at a funny angle. If you need help with the install LMK and Ill see what I can do.. I did mine so a 2nd would should go much smoother for me...
