What's funny is that when arnold first was elected governator he gave California the chance to cut spending/spend more conservatively, but when it was put onto the ballot, they all lost. It is also funny because one of the reasons that arnold was elected, other than davis being a dee dee dee, was to curb californias spending and make it more fiscaly responsible...but whenever arnold tried to appose spending or make cuts, he got shit on. I don't agree with everything that arnold has done, but I will side with him when it comes to his trying to right the california budget. A lot of people are blaming him for the current state of californias economy, which to a certain degree it is seeing as though he is the governator, but it is also largely the fault of everyone who has been voting for increased spending and fewer cuts in the past.
