Weird Idle

Earlier today i hit my brakes a little hard at a red light, shortly after my idle stayed at 2000 rpm's. I drove off thinking it would go away but every time i came to a stop the idle would rise to 2000 rpm's and stay there. I shut the car off and let it sit for about a half hour or so and went for a quick test drive, it still continued to do it. I brought it back home and checked the vacuum hoses and they were all fine. My mod's are; megan O2 housing, megan downpipe, invidia test pipe, greddy ti-c, injen intercooler pipes and intake, dejon mbc set to 22psi, and NO tune.

Thanks i just noticed i put this in the Evo X troubleshooting. I meant to put this on the Evo IX one can anyone move this? I know I need a tune just wanted to get a few more mods before the tune.
