So after wrestling with taking off the throwout bearing last night for 5 hour we finally get everything separated to find some damage to the pressure plate on my cusco clutch. so my next question is do i need to get a new pressure plate or could this be used even with the small damage to the teeth on the wedge plate?

no damage to the fingers or actual cover. just to the "wedge plate"? looks like it will hold pressure or i could straighten the bent teeth but i dunno. any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Before all this....

Why are you changing the clutch out? Was it because it was slipping? The preasure plate is just that, it puts preasure on the disk to hold the clutch. If the Clutch is slipping the preasure plate isnt doing its job. There for odds are the preasure plate is bad. You might as well change the whole clutch unit.

If that isnt the problem, you still need a new collar... i have a few laying around.. PM me if you are interested...
