How do you get a new blade on a cut JDM key?

as the title says, how do you put new blade on a jdm key? i remember reading somewhere that it was possible, but i think that was in a for sale thread and was deleted.

but how do you get the blade on the key? its not a blank key, and when i opened up the key it wasnt quite that apparent to me. maybe i'm just missing something
