PCMSCAN wont connect ..

Hey Guys...

If anyone has ever used PCM Scan.... I sure could use your help. I cant connect to my ecu when I try to use it....

No-one uses PCMSCAN to look up codes and ect....

Guess I'll try and hit up their support hotline...
