So...I guess i am going to put an end to my thread...

With the help of Blaze, i was able to "find the courage" to take it off lol O0

First I used these tools:
*10mm deep socket
*I used floss (to take off the double sided tape that comes on the wing), but it was 82 degrees outside,in the sun, and my car is black so it was easier for me
*Small flathead screwdriver (to take off acces panels on top of wing)
*Rag, to make sure i don't scratch anything using the flathead
*If u need, u can get a second pair of hands to help

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v207/twofastsupra/car%20stuff/topics/EVO%20x/going%20wingless/DSCN4007.jpg

next, i started by loosening the 10mm nut enough so that it's still on the thread but not tightened (just in case the wing starts to come off, it wont fall off)

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v207/twofastsupra/car%20stuff/topics/EVO%20x/going%20wingless/DSCN4000.jpg

then removing the 10mm screw below it

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v207/twofastsupra/car%20stuff/topics/EVO%20x/going%20wingless/DSCN3999.jpg

i then barely closed it, and took off the access panels on the top of trunk on the wing, then took off the 10mm screws off of their too

1st. take off the panel
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v207/twofastsupra/car%20stuff/topics/EVO%20x/going%20wingless/DSCN4002.jpg
2nd. unscrew it
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v207/twofastsupra/car%20stuff/topics/EVO%20x/going%20wingless/DSCN4005.jpg
3rd. keep the screw somewhere safe
sorri no pic

I opened the trunk again, and began the flossing (do this for both sides)

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v207/twofastsupra/car%20stuff/topics/EVO%20x/going%20wingless/DSCN4006-1.jpg
it is hard to see but i started from the bottom up (trunk open)

after that, the side that i flossed, came loose, but was saved by the nut that is still on the thread under the trunk, just make sure to leave it on

make sure all of the double sided tape on both sides is cleared from both the wing and trunk

condition 1
IMPORTANT: try and see if you can remove the wing by first removing the nut under the wing, (on one side), and see if it will come loose or almost off,
if it does, then try the other side, by doing the same process
if both sides are able to come off more than a quarter of an inch, then close the trunk half way, hold it at that point, and remove the 10mm nuts on the bottom of the trunk
after that close the trunk (fully) so you can remove the wing...then viola you are wingless, kinda

condition 2
if the wing is still stuck, then the "i-clip" is still intact with the trunk
it looks like this
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v207/twofastsupra/car%20stuff/topics/EVO%20x/going%20wingless/DSCN4016.jpg

if is connected to the wing like this:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v207/twofastsupra/car%20stuff/topics/EVO%20x/going%20wingless/DSCN4022.jpg

and to the trunk like this:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v207/twofastsupra/car%20stuff/topics/EVO%20x/going%20wingless/DSCN4020.jpg

basically what you do is...
remove the 10mm nuts under the trunk,
close your trunk
study the way that the i clip works, but your generally you're tryin to pull up on the wing lightly until it comes off
then viola, you are wingless, kinda

now, you are going to buy clips for the holes

you're going to want
*4 5/16 hole plugs, or two pairs of them
*2 push fastenters, one pair of them (from lowes number 138201)
*2 other push fasteners, one pair of them (from lowes number 138234)

mine look like this

after

ohh ok, umm deng... so i know for a fact that the right side was stuck to the trunk but the left was hooked on or sumthing i'm guessing that is double sided sticky crap too then because i tried to take it off today and i took all of the bolts off, there were like two screw bolts at the top, two on the bottom and two nuts on the underside of the trunk if you got pictures lemme see um please Thanks

No worries, ;)

It's all good ;)

For the x, I didn't use any tape when I put it back on because it was gonna come off again eventually but if you want to, in sure you can use the not as strong double sided tape, to act more like a gasket really...

well i plan on taking mine off and on so the wing doesnt scratch the trunk at all without anything in between them?

Well I left whatever was on the wing to begin with on, so there is parts where there is some tape left, otherwise it surprisingly doesn't scratch much. It's the process of taking it on and off where the scratches come form :P
