First gear problem evo 8

i got a 2004 evo 8 First gear is very rough, if i let off too soon it starts to stutter, i got a lightweight flywheel and a excedy clutch, no other gears have any problems only first gear.

Hopefully this isnt a big problem? its driveable just that first gear gets kind of annoying any advice would be appreciated

thats the lightweight flywheel for u, try adjusting clutch pedal right so where ur releasin the clutch u can adjust how high n low u want it too...
