Someday we'll be able to get one here... would love to have one... someday haha

It's clear from the video that emitting zero on-road carbon emissions and using no fossil fuel are not the i-MiEV's only talents. The small, yet roomy, four-passenger i-MiEV is shown in acceleration and slalom tests side-by-side the turbocharged gas-powered i car on which it is based. The electric i-MiEV performs impressively, with markedly quicker standing-start acceleration, and due primarily to its lower center of gravity, substantially reduced body sway in a double lane-change maneuver.

I was drooling over this little guy at MOD.

Great car, and with all the incentives, the price should be down to around 25K. Then, if you drive it at least 75 miles a day, the money you save in gas pays for it's insurance and payment!

it's about time for this kind of car. it will, in it's own way, help lessen our dependency on oil.

No thanks. Fuck an electric vehicle. Can't wait till you bozos that buy them see how much it costs to charge them and also how long it takes. Can you say over night unless you happen to have a spare 220 volt outlet at your house! O0 O0

All you are doing is switching one power source for another.

I know all you young wet behind the ears jokers on this site sure don't remember ALL ELECTRIC houses do you? Do you have a clue as to why they aren't around anymore? :uglystupid2: :uglystupid2:

Oh also holy grave digging fuck!!!!!!

it's been proven that the cost of electricity to charge these vehicles are far less than the cost of gasoline.
They did some comparison studies, and for gasoline to match the electric price, it had to be around 75 cents per gallon.
As long as you have a garage with outlet, this could def. be a great commuter vehicle.

Do research and see how much it cost and how much of a carbon foot print it takes to make the batteries? It would equal the amout of fuel u would use for the car
