Can I just pull out the stock and replace with aftermarket?

I am thinking of getting a Kenwood DNS series headunit. With that i want to upgrade the woofer to JL and the speaker to ZR series. Do I just take the stock off and replace it? Any special converter or ????? needed?

You will need a wire harness that you will merge with the Kenwood one. Should cost you about $20 or less.

Go on crutchfield and put any aftermarket stereo in cart. You will see a adapter to buy, just buy that adapter. It should be plug and play after that
