NEED HELP INSTALLING!

Might by noobish but i need help installing some gauges and a turbo timer.....If any one knows how let me know maybe you can help out or we can work something out...Thanks...

Turbo timer basically hooks up to the harness below the steering wheel. Gauges are fairly easy, just power and their sensor.
