We have a few of these available for immediate pick up.Â* Tomei just keeps coming out with quality products.Â* The latest is their Titanium Exhaust for the 2008-2010 Evo X.
The entire cat-back exhaust is made entirely of titanium (except for the silencer - if you so choose to put it on).Â* It is super light at about 10 lbs!
The welds on this exhaust are a thing of beauty...inside and out.
Is it loud?Â* In a word - yes.Â* This is a very free flowing exhaust with no silencers and a straight through design that maintains a diameter of 3 inches throughout the piping.Â* At cold start up is when the exhaust is at its loudest, but once the engine reaches normal operating temperatures, the sound at idle is not much louder than stock and that's even with a test pipe.Â* At wide open throttle, the exhaust opens up and provides a deep, aggressive tone.Â* This exhaust is loud, but I have heard louder stainless steel exhausts.Â* What the Tomei Titanium exhaust provides is an exhaust note that is befitting of the Evo X.
Power?Â* Just swapping out the stock exhaust for the Tomei Titanium exhaust, we noticed an increase of over 20 whp on our Dyno Dynamics dyno.Â* The Dyno sheet will be up shortly.
