Hey guys!

Was wondering if you guys know of a recommended shop who can weld my O2 sensor bung? I recently purchased an AEM UEGO wideband and I need to get it installed this weekend.

FYI, I am completely stock, even with the factory flash. Is it cheaper to have the bung welded to the stock DP? Or just purchase an aftermarket DP? I know I need to get tuned if I get an aftermarket one, so that option would take a hit on my budget since I don't want to get tuned just yet. Planning on doing mods little by little then once complete, have the car tuned.

And does the sensor need to be installed on the DP? How about the TP?

Thanks in advance!Â* ;)

I forgot to say that I'm in Orange County, so the closer the better. But I'll sure keep you in mind if no one else chimes in.

Thanks!

I got mine installed on DP. If you still have the stock Cat you need it on DP. Just have the shop weld it for you. I paid $20 for mine.

You can go wrong for 20 bucks when they fuck up a wire, install it and cross thread it, or it just falls out... when you go cheap you run the risk of having issues more than people who knows what they are doing..

just because its cheap doesn't mean its crap. besides, i think the 20 was to drill and weld the 02 sensor. not the entire install which includes wiring and stuff.

dude just go to any muffler shop....they will weld it on for you and probably charge less.....I had mine done for $10 at a random muffler shop.....and installation is simple as well.....

I paid $30 for mine. It's a muffler shop near 605 and 91. Google Woody's muffler shop. I had to stand beside the guy while he was installing it. Made sure that he didn't do a half-ass job. He also allowed me wire the O2 sensor while it's up on the lift. Pretty cool guy. Maybe that's why I paid a little bit more than $20.
