Hey guys. Can you guys give me suggestions on how to properly open the Tail Light Assembly and also how to put them back. Would i need to bake em'? Which sealant or glue is best for putting em back together? Any help would be greatly appreciated O0

- bake them to loosen the sealer
- do w/e you gotta do in the inside
- bake them again to seal them up ... prob simplest way for me

Do i need to add more sealant to put it back together or will the old sealant on there still work?

BE CAREFUL!

Baking can have some bad effects... I've painted MANY headlights and tailights and I always use a heat gun. WAAAYYY easier. Feel free to hit me up if you have any questions...

And if you are in the north county area sunday, and are willing to give me a hand pulling the bumper and headlights off of a buddy's car so I can paint them, I'd be glad to help you do your tails.

^that's actually better for me... I have to drop my buddy off at the airport in the morning. So I'll be watching his car for him and painting his headlights while he is gone.

I did my headlights and melted a little bit of the plastic. If you bake em, just make sure your baby sitting em. Haha
