How long did your stock tires last?

I had one of my tires give out on me after 25,000 milesÂ* :buck2: .Â* I know it depends on how you drive the car to determine how long your tires will last but I was wondering what kind of mileage everyone else is getting on the advan's?Â* I am now in the market for some new tire's.Â* Any suggestions on new tires.Â* I'm looking for some reliable tires as this is my dd.

still sitting in my garage w/ the stock enkeis... :D

if u plan on doing once in a while auto-x or track, get some NT-05s.. it has much better road feel and noise than stock advans while still giving some decent amount of grip.
If you just daily drive evo.. get some falken 912s or toyo proxy-4... they'll last you a while .. and cheap..

Still have good tread at 16,200 miles- not close to the wear bars yet....I do get them rotated every 5000 miles and keep a good alignment.

^^Agree.Â* I got the NT-05's then went to Laguna Seca.Â* Once they got warmed up they behaved predictably.Â* Better tread wear rating than the stockers, which were done at about 14k for me.

Got about 17'500 miles on mine and will be needing new tires shortly.Â* 4 Vegas trips, 6 Big Bear trips, and the rest is all So Cal freeway driving.Â* I rarely break (only downshift) on off ramps and almost always gun it on the on ramps (unless there's a slow ass hybrid in front of meÂ* :knuppel2: )

I drive about 80miles round trip to/back from work. Still going at 33k+. Tire's are worn but not bald. Some of you guys are just not easy on your driving habits to be honest. I'm seek V12's to replace them but with the socal weather I'm going to ride them a bit longer. Then again, most shops were shocked that these were still stock tires :o

Update on my tires---Advans lasted 22000, still were "legal" but SC Mitsubishi Owner Appreciation Day did them in! Have Hankook Evo12's now with treadwear rating about 280 or 300. Better noise and great grip, but cheaper. Recommended by Rigo at SCM for my DD.
