Sorry for newb-ness of this post. I just picked up my '10 GSR last night from Jason @ southcoast <:
I would appreciate if someone could help me bang out some of these questions.
I was wondering if anyone could direct me to some general electrical specs on the engine.
-Crank patterns (36-1, 60-2, 12+1 ??)
-Cam patterns
-Cranks to Cam Intake offsets
-cam intake to exhaust offset, and phasing margin ( by looking at the ecu, it looks to have some sort of cam phase control.
-Standard resistance of the injector (10ohm, 13.6mH production injectors??)
-Current demand of the Electronic throttle motor?
-CAN bus messages on the CAN-A bus from the ECU to the other devices in the car
-some extra info on the oxygen sensor, and control range for the heater ( we usually run our NTK's ~ 800F)
I work for Honda HPD up in Santa Clarita, just finished the build and application of our own ECU that we use for our motorsports endeavors. We have the capability to at least interface with engine loom, and run software app levels same as what we use in our prototype cars.
Please be friendly, I am new to the EVO scene but very excited to start coming up with some devices.
I was wanting to make a logger as well that would open files up in McLaren Electronic Systems Atlas system. If any of you are in any sort of pro racing / sports car level, you'll know how useable and powerful it is.
