First pick up a socket adapter like this, 6mm in diameter so that the seal will fit in it really snug.

Now follow your how to from evomoto or evolutionm.net, but
SKIP the step on disconnecting the throttle sensor. There is no need to do this as all you have to do is take off the throttle body, then take off the sensor leaving the connector attached.
When putting in the seals just use give one semi hard tap with a mallot or hammer on the socket wrench, its easy.
