USB TV Tuner for a laptop that works

I'm looking for a USB TV Tuner that i can plug my laptop into my Time Warner digital cable box to record TV like a DVR. From what i've been reading on the net, most of the products out there pretty much suck.

So, can someone recommend me a product that actually works?
