alright this are the steps I took to swap out my pins. Im not perfect and yes there will be grammar errors and other things but as of right now since this is the only guide on this site, this is the only one u got! so please bare with me as I am just giving you people reading this some help! ill try to give as much detail as i can...if u have any questions wile doing this pm i can try and help. if u live in socal near me i can go check it out.
P.s i sugest u take ur own picture to remember how everything goes! Also i suggest putting everything in order so u can easyly start in reverse when putting everything back together!

To uninstall and re-install the tranny follow the How To on the "how to change clutch"

1....Remove the plastic vent tube with the green arrow and then remove the bolt circled in green (picture1)
Now from were u removed the tube u can insert a screwdriver and with a hammer tap out the long bolt that holds the fork in place. the red shows how it will come out. (picture 2 shows the hole from the top) On the opposite side there is a small cap that will pop out to let out the bolt. remember how the springs on the side of the fork go!
Then remove the screws that hold the fork intacked and pull it out. (circled in black)
The final step is to remove the two top bolts that hold the cover from the inside. (circled in blue)

2.Now ur gonna remove the whole gear selector. First remove the bolts (in black) that hold it in place, 5 i believe. Use a flat head to loosen it up cause its sealed with silicon.(picture 1)
When u budge it free, pull it out. If it does now come out its because the gear selector is not alinged ( PICTURE 2 ALIGNED, PICTURE 3 NOT ALIGNED) Picture 4 shows were the middle flange is suppose to slide from.

4.Now remove the lift bracket (circled in red, held by two bolts)

5. Now ur gonna turn the trann face down (place the ends on wood so the diff is now hitting the floor) Ur gonna remove the 15 bolts around the cover of the case. (I didnt take a picture of it face down but here are some bolts, circled in black) Picture 1
Right next to the oil fill plug there is one more bolt u have to remove. picture 2

6 Alright now us a flat head to lossen up the cover. make sure u go all around the cover. When done lift it up! be careful there are 3 bearing covers and 3 metal O rings! They might fall out... 2 are the same size and one is bigger.

2.Alright this is were the tricky part starts. First remove the bracket held by two bolts and remove the bracket. (circled in blue, Picture1)
Then remove the pin with a small screwdriver or punch remove the pin from the rod that hold the fork. (circled in Red, Picture 2 & 3)

http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y269/baseballplayer422/IMG_0275.jpg

3. Alright now take out the rods, i will try to number then in the order i took them out but it does not matter except for the last (5) cause it wont come out unless 1-4 are out!. just remember how everything goes! Make sure all the forks are out too! Idk what the part in Picture 2 is called but it will proably come off. (its were the forks go in)

http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y269/baseballplayer422/IMG_0277.jpg

4.Alright now u r going to take out all 3 of the shifting components! take em out in the order i give u. have a buddy spread them open a bit and as u pull them out wiggle so the gears that are grabbing slide out!
To take out the 3rd on u will have ur friend lift up the differential gear with his hands or a crow bar or else it wont come out! after u finish pulling all 3 u can pull out the diff!!!!!
http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y269/baseballplayer422/IMG_0269-1.jpg

5. Alright now ur gonna have to take out all the bolts ontop and take it off.
http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y269/baseballplayer422/IMG_0278.jpg

6. Alright now it will look like this (picture). Then remove the screws that hold it up. and take of the plate. (make sure someone is holding the plate cause it will slide down!
http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y269/baseballplayer422/IMG_0280-1.jpg

7 alright tuen it upside down, now u can see the diff pins!!!!! make sure u have it the same way i have it cause the pins COME OUT FROM TOP TO BOTTOM AND GO IN FROM BOTTOM UP!!!! they are one way!!! So nock all the pins put that hold the big pins. and slide out the big pins!
http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y269/baseballplayer422/IMG_0282-1.jpg
http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y269/baseballplayer422/IMG_0283.jpg

8. after u have taking all the pins out, insert the new pin kit, only the big ones and make sure the wholes are all even so the lock pins fit in. Once u have all the four new pins in, turn it upside down and insert the four lock pins into each slot, u will have to haver them with a screwdriver or punch till u cant go down more. Remember they are one way so no matter how hard u hitting in they wont come out the top. Congrats u have just finished installing the new pin kit!!! time to reverse everything!!!!!!

want to see a close up of the pins and what mileage on the car...

Im starting to believe that the excessive wear on these pins come from launching it. I have been looking all over EVOM and thats what the majority if not all say they are doing...

I have over 20k on my car, numerous track days, canyon excursions and drive rough and I have no issues as of now with my car. I have NEVER launched my car and my tranny is smooth as butter... Im doing a very high HP build right now so I am expecting to blow my tranny out much sooner than expected but Im curious as to the actual cause of this...
