Hey guy is me again, I like to know if the gear grind when shift from 4th to 5th, which syncro would i have to replaced? Is it only the 5 syncro, sleeve, and syncro ring? or would I have to also change the 4th as well!

As of right now you're looking at a 5th gear synchro assembly. But you wont know exactly until you open it up. I had a 3rd and 5th gear grind. So I just bought a 1-5 set thinking it was only the synchro's. Once I opened it up I found my synchro's 3 and 5 worn (as expected) BUT 5th gear teeth worn down, also found that there was a 1/4 in chunk missing from the diff teeth. Cost me more than I expected. But I rebuilt it right.

So hopefully your only damages are 5th gear synchro assembly. If youre doing this your self inspect everything and make sure you have the right clearance specs.

Weird that it only grinds going to one gear because of the clutch? Well glad it worked out for you.

My old clutch was slipping every gear badly. No power to the ground at all!
